i want the instrumental so bad. the first time i heard this, i definitely wished lil bars hadn’t hummed at the end

i don’t much about this group, but i was skimming through some of my relatively untouched collections and this caught my ear with its urgent vocals and jangy guitars
Oby Nine - Illusive Adventure - Synth Wars
although some of the other tracks on this recording were cool, this is the one that caught my attention and made me post it up. this is one of those tunes i feel like someone might qualify as dubstep, but it can’t be because “if your synths sound like power tools, its not bass,”

i really enjoy the timbre of Blu’s voice against almost any palate, but he definitely sounds at home on some Exile shiiiite

1. i think this is nearly the same drum/bass kit used in SBTRKT’s Radiohead remix
2. until about 1:50, i wasn’t completely sure about this track
